CIMS Introduces Toll-Free Number To Improve The Tire Registration Process

CIMS President, Susan B. Kruder, recognized the necessity for a toll free number due to the increase of tire dealers, manufacturers and importers using CIMS’ tire registration services. Subsequently, the volume of phone calls for initial client setup, ongoing support questions and general information increased dramatically. Questions range from processing tire registration forms, online registration availability and what are the notification procedures during a recall?

The toll-free line will be staffed by experienced CIMS personnel. If callers do not reach a support person they will be able to utilize CIMS’ voicemail.  A CIMS representative will promptly return their call.
