Seacret Direct Compensation Plan Picked Apart

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Jessica Parmar finally got sick of hearing Seacret Agents brag about their aggressive compensation plan. She recently decided to unload a few hollow tip rounds shooting holes in it.

"I just couldn't take it anymore. I had a lot of friends in the company constantly coming to me hyping up this pay plan. They kept saying how agressive and unique it was compared to a lot of companies in the industry. I decided would finally take a look at it and see for myself. I went through every piece of information I could find to try to wrap my head around it. Even after going through company information and reading many lopsided reviews online it still seemed unclear. " said Jessica.

"I knew if someone like me who has been around a while and actually climbed the ranks of one these compensation plans was confused, that a lot of other people probably are too. To me sometimes it feels like these companies make their plans complicated on purpose or something. I wanted to write a review that simplified everything and broke the entire plan down top to bottom. And most importantly my intention was to highlight not only what Seacret Direct is to be commended on but also expose some of the downsides to the plan"

"I think all plans have pros and cons obviously but what always needs to be in place for me is evidence of people winning at all levels in the company. Reps need to be able to make great money on up front sales while at the same time having the ability to build up a long term residual income. It's a delicate dance" laughs Jessica.
