Actor Richard John Reliford to Participate in “Engage the Vision” Holiday Giveaway

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Actor, Richard John Reliford will assist “Engage the Vision” Mentoring group with handing out gifts to students at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School on December 20, 2013. This will also serve as the last mentoring session to the 25 young boys that the organization serves. Fellow actor, Tommy “Tiny” Lister and others will also be involved.

“Events and programs like this are key and highlight exactly why I have spent 10 plus years of my life invested in the youth through a combination of coaching, mentoring, youth leadership, public speaking and teaching. These young men will act and make decisions based on the images and options put before them and it's our responsibility to bring positive, successful and especially minority men before them,” said Richard.

Several years ago, Richard started an organization, “Keepin’ It R.E.Y.A.L” (Reaching and Encouraging Young Adult Lives) that he will re-launch in 2014 to continue to mentor and influence youth. He also plans to stay active with “Engage the Vision” throughout the year.
