Chris Healing of Brainhunter Elected to IAMCP Canada Executive Board

TORONTO - Dec. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Toronto, ON (POST) December 19, 2013 – Chris Healing will be spearheading initiatives for sponsorship as a member of the Executive Board for Canada's  International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners.

As the Vice President of Sales for Brainhunter, a Microsoft Gold Competencies  Partner, Chris Healing focuses on Professional Services, staffing, and Solutions.  Chris has been a respected member of the Microsoft community for more than 15 years in both Canada and the United States. The Microsoft partner community has been at the center of Chris’s professional progression and he is looking forward to engaging and supporting the broader community through IAMCP Canada.

Prior to his leadership role in Brainhunter, Chris Healing held a key position at Softchoice for more than seven years as one of Microsoft’s largest North American partners.  While at Softchoice, the partnerships forged in the Microsoft community in each region were a critical strategy for success. Chris was instrumental in launching the Softchoice US Government business in Washington DC. He then relocated to Canada and join Microsoft Canada for the next seven years. While at Microsoft Canada, Chris Healing was a Partner Account Manager (PAM) working directly with the LAR channel, and then spent several years working directly with clients as a Microsoft Account Executive.

IAMCP Canada was formed in 1994 to provide Partners a greater voice into Microsoft and to facilitate mutual growth and business development. It is led and organized by member volunteers. Chapter membership fosters personal relationships that lead to mutual business opportunities. The large number of member companies provides a rich array of service providers. It also provides a great opportunity for those member companies without direct Microsoft Partner Account Management to work more closely with the local Microsoft office.
