Career Systems International Announces Organizational Changes

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Career Systems International (CSI), the employee engagement and career development company founded by Dr. Beverly Kaye, today announced promotions and organizational changes that are designed to enhance its ability to meet the needs of its clients, accelerate growth, and are more closely aligned with its strategy. These changes represent the next step in CSI's continuing effort to position the Company as the partner of choice for career development and employee engagement initiatives and to drive future growth.

Patrick Smith, Chief Executive Officer, said, "The changes we are announcing today are the logical evolution of our strategy, which we believe will ensure our clients a consistent, high quality experience across our organization. Furthermore, our product development initiatives will enable us to meet our clients' expectations while maintaining and enhancing our reputation for service, responsiveness and delivery quality."

The organizational changes are as follows:

Beverly Crowell, MBA, previously VP of Product Development and Marketing, will assume the role of Executive Vice President. In her new role, Ms. Crowell will be responsible for strategic business development and will manage all of the custom solutions development projects with clients. She will also continue to provide strategic direction and operational management to the marketing and product development teams.

Ann Jordan, previously Director of Client Success, will assume the role of Vice President of Product Development. In this role, Ms Jordan will identify and manage CSI's product development investments to ensure quality outcomes for all CSI clients.

Patti Hillman, previously Director of Client Success, has been promoted to Vice President of Client Success. In this role, Ms. Hillman will provide support to clients to ensure effective implementations of our solutions.

Rosalind Sago will continue in the role of Vice President of Solutions Quality and Delivery, but with enhanced responsiblities. She will continue developing the capability and capacity of our Delivery Team, including our international delivery capabilities, but will also focus on the CSI Community of Certified Trainers.
