Career Systems International Appoints Cile Johnson to Senior Vice President Enterprise Solutions

LOS ANGELES - April 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Career Systems International, the employee engagement and career development company founded by Dr. Beverly Kaye, announced that it has appointed Cile Johnson as the Senior Vice President Enterprise Solutions.

Johnson, who was most recently at Mind Gym, will be responsible for the sales executives, providing strategic direction for the global client solutions, and ensuring the organization's continued growth and success, as well as global expansion.

Cile spent 14 years at the Center for Creative Leadership holding various leadership roles.  Her most recent work involved leadership of the team responsible for bringing complex organizational and leadership development solutions to clients globally.  She also held numerous leadership roles during her tenure in the Telecommunications industry with Sprint and AT&T.
