Unlimited Marine Services, In. installs T-SAT on to M/Y Island Heiress

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Jan. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Fort Lauderdale, FL: Unlimited Marine Services, Inc. (UMSI), a full service marine technology (http://www.umsifl.com/) company that specializes in electronics, navigation, entertainment, communication and electrical systems design services, today announced it will be installing their in-house Touch-Screen Automation Technology (T-SAT) onto MY Island Heiress in the next couple of weeks.

In addition to T-SAT UMSI is installing a complete Navigation package and Automation through the vessel. UMSI will be the first to integrate the new KVH media system on a yacht with 12 separate viewing areas. The entire system is powered by Crestron Backbone, via a 32X32 DM switch and 8X8 DM switch for T-SAT. The system will allow all guest suites and living areas to be controlled via the IPad.

TSAT provides a high-end, customizable monitor matrix system and is powered by Crestron Electronics to control a variety of onboard equipment for mega yachts, from radar, sonar, sounder, plotting systems, vessel monitoring systems, CCTV cameras to lights, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and shades, just by a click of a button.
