Christie Parker Hale’s Oliver Bajracharya Elected Pasadena Bar President

GLENDALE, Calif. - Jan. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Glendale, Calif.—Oliver Bajracharya, a partner in the Glendale law firm of Christie Parker Hale LLP, was elected president of the Pasadena Bar Association. Barjracharya, who begins his term this month, will serve for one year.

         Bajracharya has been a Pasadena Bar Association board member since 2006. “The number one referral source for attorneys is other attorneys,” says Bajracharya. “The bar is a good platform for lawyers to get to know each other through our monthly general and section events.”

         As bar president, Barjracharya’s goal this year is to increase the bar’s involvement in the community. “We recently started a community outreach section and are working with Public Counsel, which provides free legal services in the Los Angeles area, to set up pro bono legal clinics in the San Gabriel Valley,” says Bajracharya. “The bar has always been committed to the community. This year, it will be our focus.”
