Remote Lands Opens Delhi Office to Fuel India Expansion

NEW YORK - Jan. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Remote Lands, the world’s foremost ultra-luxe Asia travel designer, this week announced the opening of a new operations and support office in the Indian capital of New Delhi.

The Delhi office will handle all Remote Lands’ operations in India, as well as providing sales and marketing support for the company’s existing offices in New York and Bangkok. It will further cement the company’s already established reputation as an India luxury travel specialist, recognized in the past by Departures magazine who named Remote Lands as one of the world’s top ten India specialists.

Remote Lands’ India team will be managed by India travel veteran Rahul Sharma. Rahul began his travel industry career over 30 years ago with well-known trekking operator Tiger Tops; since then he has operated and led tours for the likes of Outward Bound, National Geographic, The Smithsonian, and the World Wildlife Fund.
