Additionally, Tim’s personalized site features a simple survey form.  This survey form consists of vital questions. The survey is programmed so the form cannot be “completed” (in other words, the prospect cannot send it) until every question is answered that is important to helping them.  This assures that he has a complete page of information which means the individual is interested enough to invest the time to answer the questions.

Prospects who are “lukewarm” will never invest that kind of time.  They are the ones who look quickly at a site and leave just as quickly.

Once, Tim receives this completed survey via his company web site and email and scans the answers, he knows in a matter of minutes whether or not this seller is ready to move forward or not. He has information such as their contact details, the location and value of the property, how much they owe, how much they are asking, what their situation is, and so on.

Tim found this automation process to be the turning point in his business and helped him to work smarter and not harder and streamlining his business.  And now, the most recent addition to the automation has been the incorporation of RealeFlow Investor (http://www.realeflow.com/timcook) and the iPad, giving him access to his business anytime, anywhere.
