Shriners Hospital for Children Houston & Galveston Partner with Amazing Spaces for Donation Party

HOUSTON - Jan. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Shriners Hospital for Children – Houston and Galveston has partnered with Amazing Spaces, a Houston-based self storage company, to collect personal items for patients and families served by the hospitals throughout 2014. The staff of Shriners Hospital seeks donations of new and unwrapped goods including gift cards, games and toys, hygiene products, and clothing items such as socks or underwear. These items may be dropped off at any the Amazing Spaces self-storage sites in the greater Houston area where staff will place them in special Shriners Hospital unit. These items are necessary to help patients and their families enjoy a comfortable experience in either hospital. The public is invited to come with donated items to the Amazing Spaces self-storage location near the Texas Medical Center for a special pre-Valentine’s Day donation party on Thursday, February 13 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at 2412 West Holcombe Blvd., Houston, 77030.
