Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside offer’s Presidents Week Camp

OCEANSIDE, Calif. - Feb. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Get excited for the ultimate Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside (BGCO) President’s week camp for youth and teens ages 5-18. Starting Tuesday, February 18^th through Friday, February 21^st from 7:00am – 6:00pm bring your child to our Townsite Clubhouse on 401 Country Club Lane, Oceanside, CA, 92054.  Everyone is invited to have a fantastic time at BGCO camp for the low cost of $20 per day, this includes families that typically receive a scholarship; 10% sibling discount available.

Youth will be engaged all week with educational, fun, and project-based activities while incorporating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). There will be something for everyone to enjoy, enriching activities include: engineering a log cabin, presidential art, and video production. In honor of our presidents, we will be holding Camp Elections, youth will learn how to create a political campaign and have the opportunity to run for positions.
