Feb. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA - BookLogix is pleased to announce the release of revered Atlanta lawyer, Harmon Caldwell’s Georgia Divorce Handbook. Whether someone is thinking about divorce, involved in a divorce already, or simply want to know how the divorce process works, this book will educate them on the divorce process in Georgia in an easy to understand format.

Drawing on his decades of experience in family law, Harmon Caldwell takes an otherwise complicated subject and condenses the entire divorce process down to easy-to-follow steps. This reader-friendly guide provides a general overview of the primary issues to be familiar with regarding divorce in Georgia, ranging from the decision to seek a divorce and finding a lawyer to the typical steps of the legal process and the common problems that may arise.

Harmon found that while engaging in an initial meeting with his divorce clients they frequently knew very little about the process and were often overwhelmed with the amount of legal information dropped on them. He wrote this book to educate people going through a divorce or considering a divorce on what to expect when dealing with a lawyer, their spouse and the legal system during this difficult time. No other book presents the reader with divorce guidance in as succinct and comprehensible a way as Harmon Caldwell’s Georgia Divorce Handbook.

Harmon Caldwell has guided hundreds of individuals through the divorce process and has tried over 300 cases throughout Georgia. He has been selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer for nine consecutive years and is best known for his involvement in some of Atlanta’s most interesting cases. He has represented Frances “Tut” Woodruff in contesting her father Coca-Cola magnate George W. Woodruff’s will, David West in his dispute with his father over West Lumber Company, Anna Stanley in her divorce from her husband Rev. Charles Stanley, and more recently, Bernice and Martin King in the dispute with their brother Dexter over their mother Coretta Scott King’s estate.
