Park Bridge Financial named Operating Advisor to the COMM 2014–CCRE14 CMBS securitization

NEW YORK - Feb. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- New York, NY – Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Bridge Financial LLC, a New York- based commercial real estate advisory firm, has been named Operating Advisor for the COMM 2014-CCRE14 Commercial Mortgage Trust, a $1.38 billionfixed-rate Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities transaction. The securitization was led by Deutsche Bank Securities and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co and includes 59 loans secured by 87 properties including a $155 million loan secured by a first lien on the Google and Amazon Office Portfolio, which consists of two office buildings, totaling 1.05 million square feet located in Sunnyvale, CA.
