Park Bridge Financial named Operating Advisor to the GSMS 2014–GC18 CMBS securitization

NEW YORK - Feb. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- New York, NY – Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Bridge Financial LLC, a New York- based commercial real estate advisory firm, has been named Operating Advisor for the GSMS 2014-GC18 Commercial Mortgage Trust, a $1.13 billionfixed-rate Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities transaction. The securitization was led by Goldman Sachs and Citigroup and includes 74 loans secured by 141 properties including a $111 million loan secured by a first lien on The Shops at Canal Place, which consists of a retail property, totaling 216,938 square feet located in New Orleans, LA.
