The Dealer of the Year Award Program is designed to recognize a small number of car dealerships for achieving exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, with that satisfaction being measured by online reviews posted on DealerRater. This distinction was made possible by the customers that have benefitted from Pat McGrath Chevyland’s high standards of excellence, and that is a true honor. This is the second consecutive year that Pat McGrath Chevyland has been named Iowa’s Chevrolet Dealer of the Year. To qualify for the 2014 Award program, dealerships: • Must have received at least 25 reviews on DealerRater in 2013 • Must have an average minimum rating greater than 4.0, with 5.0 being the highest possible rating • Must not have been blacklisted in 2013 The Dealer of the Year awards are given on an annual basis to dealerships with the highest PowerScore on DealerRater. Every dealership’s PowerScore is calculated with a Bayesian algorithm that considers both the dealership’s average star rating on DealerRater and the total number of reviews written about it in a calendar year. With an overall rating of 4.9 — with the highest possible rating being a 5.0 — it’s clear that Pat McGrath Chevyland has earned the honor of being Iowa’s 2014 Chevrolet Dealer of the Year.
