The Marion Used Car Superstore is Named the Best Used Car Dealer in Iowa

It appears that the dealership is achieving that goal, as the Marion Used Car Superstore has been named Iowa’s 2014 Used Car Dealer of the Year by DealerRater.

DealerRater’s Dealer of the Year Award Program is designed to recognize an elite group of car dealerships for providing exceptional customer service — the twist is that the awards are based on customer satisfaction as expressed through reviews posted on DealerRater. That’s what makes receiving this recognition such an honor: customers play a direct role in making it happen.

The Dealer of the Year Award is based on dealerships’ Powerscore in their brand category, both at the national and state levels. To be eligible for the 2014 award, dealerships:

     • Must have received a minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater during 2013

     • Must have earned an average minimum rating of over 4.0, with the highest possible rating being 5.0

     • Must not have been blacklisted during 2013
