Follow on Google News | Housing Authority of Cook County to Hold Financial Aid WorkshopThe HACC Partners with Ladder Up to Help Students with FAFSA Applications
"A college education is the key to every kid's future, and navigating the financial aid process can be daunting. We are happy to partner with Ladder Up, to ensure that as many kids as possible receive the higher education assistance they need and deserve", says the HACC's Executive Director, Rich Monocchio. The workshop is also open to adults with an eye on continuing their education. From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the HACC's downtown office, located at 175 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 350, in Chicago, IL, Ladder Up will offer group and individual instruction on completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The second FAFSA workshop, also on March 5th, will be at the HACC's Richard Flowers Homes, located at 13906 S. Grace Avenue, in Robbins, IL, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with the same financial aid information presented to attendees and individual instruction will also be available for those interested in completing their FAFSA with a Ladder Up instructor.
