New Director of Rehab at Home & Health Care Management

CHICO, Calif. - Feb. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Home & Health Care Management is proud to announce Ms. Je Nae Riehlman, MPT as the Director of Rehabilitation and head of the Restorative Rehabilitation Care Program.

Training & Continuing Education: Ms. Riehlman has completed several training programs & continuing education courses including New Perspectives in Functional Gait Biomechanics, Fall Prevention Training, and a Folsom Physical Therapy Long-term Alumni Study Group. Ms. Riehlman also participated in a community outreach program at the Gait, Balance, and Mobility Education and Research Center (GBMC) which contains state-of-the-art equipment for balance, vestibular & mobility problems. GBMC also offers free Fall Proof™ classes, a program designed by Dr. Debra Rose from the Center for Successful Aging at CSU, Fullerton.

Restorative Rehabilitation Care Program: Home & Health Care Management uses an evidence-based medicine approach with regard to therapy intervention for patients with musculoskeletal & neuromuscular disorders as well as post elective surgeries. Evidence Based Practice is defined as the conscientious, judicious, and explicit use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of individual patients.
