Front Row King Re-Launches Website Optimized for Users

BOSTON - Feb. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Ticket reseller, Front Row King, has just completed a site overhaul of their website, frontrowking.com, in an effort to make the user experience more meaningful.  The major changes include easier navigation, enhanced social elements, quicker method for finding seats and quicker load time.

The home page of the website has been simplified to put emphasis on events in a major city close to the user as well as top events.  The home page includes options for social elements such as links to social networks and buttons to like, follow, tweet and share Front Row King on user's personal social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

The website, http://www.frontrowking.com , has been redesigned to put more relevant and important information and elements closer to the top of the page, allowing users to see important elements as soon as the page loads.  This will eliminate scrolling and searching the page.

More relevant and useful information in the form of text and data has been added on to pages that were lacking such information.  These pages are built to offer users the best information available.

Pages now also include helpful text such as contact information, guarantee information, policies and more.  No matter which page the user enters the site with, there is pertinent and clear data available on each page.

Additional website changes include a slight modification to the logo, as they refer to it as, "The King".  Also, reducing the number of links on the pages so the user is not bombarded with too many choices.  Graphical elements have also been optimized for performance, better look and faster loading.

The online checkout has also been updated and is now safer and more secure than ever.  Users are presented with several delivery options, a shipping and billing address option which allows the tickets to be delivered to a different address than the billing option and enhanced features to make transactions safer and easier.

Also in the works is a mobile version of the website which will be implemented any day now.  The mobile version of the website will be designed and optimized for mobile devices such as iPhones, Android phones and certain tablets.  This can be accessed by visiting m.frontrowking.com.
