Dch Lexus Of Santa Barbara Announces ‘exceptional Vehicles For Exceptional Causes’ Program

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - March 7, 2014 - PRLog -- DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara (http://www.dchlexusofsantabarbara.com/), offering new and pre-owned Lexus sales and service in a luxury setting, today announced its ‘Exceptional Vehicles for Exceptional Causes’ program running throughout the month of March 2014. To commemorate the dealership’s two-year anniversary in the Santa Barbara community, DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara will donate $100 to a local non-profit organization for every new vehicle leased or purchased from March 1^st-March 31^st, 2014.

Customers who purchase or lease a new vehicle during this time will have the option to select one of three local non-profits to receive the donation:

·         Unity Shoppe (http://www.unityshoppe.org/): Providing food, clothing, end education to assist those struggling with becoming financially independent

·         CALM (Child Abuse Listening Mediation):  Providing preventative and treatment services to end child abuse and neglect in our community

·         DCH Teen Safe Driving Foundation (http://www.dchtsdf.org/): Dedicated to reducing deaths and injuries from teen-related auto crashes by promoting safe driving techniques and awareness

If any of the above non-profits reaches $2,500 in donations, it will qualify for matching funds from the Lexus corporate office. “We would love nothing more than to double our contribution, as we understand how far $5000 goes toward helping those in need,” says Sally Smeed, General Manager, DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. “It’s been wonderful to serve the Santa Barbara community for the last two years, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to give back.”
