Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. Hosts a LEAP Year Event Dinner to Support New Haven's Youth

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - March 11, 2014 - PRLog -- The law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. joined together with other active organizations and individuals for an enjoyable evening and fundraiser for the New Haven Connecticut based organization Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership, Inc.’s (LEAP) 19^th annual LEAP Year Event. The event raises money to support LEAP’s nationally recognized after-school and summer mentoring programs for children and youth living in New Haven’s high poverty neighborhoods.

The firm was a sponsor at the pre-dinner reception held at the Hopkins School and then hosted one of the twenty-five dinners, each held at a different venue. The guest of honor at the Neubert, Pepe & Monteith dinner was local artist Tony Falcone. Mr. Falcone began his career painting murals in and around New Haven. He is a versatile artist and is sought after for family and professional portraits, commissioned pieces, and works that capture the timeless New Haven Green. The dinner guests engaged in a lively conversation with Mr. Falcone and were delighted to have shared the evening with the artist.

Neubert, Pepe & Monteith is invested in their community and in the LEAP organization. Last fall the firm established the Neubert, Pepe & Monteith Scholarship totaling $100,000 for the benefit of college-bound students active in LEAP, providing needed financial resources for the students’ college education.  Support of LEAP and New Haven children and youth is part of the firm’s continuing commitment to the welfare of the community in which they serve.
