Users have “digital wallets” on their personal computers, smartphones, and other digital devices, from which they can make transfers using electronic signatures.

Additionally, bitcoins can be created by anyone. Individuals known as “miners” can use a free Bitcoin Miner app to verify and store Bitcoin transactions – a process known as “mining” – and are rewarded with newly-minted bitcoins for their work.  Bitcoin Miner is an open source software and uses military-grade cryptography to control the creation and transfer of money.  All of these aspects of Bitcoin make it difficult to use it for the purpose of fraud, making it the safest form of digital currency to date.
