Colorado Auto Dealer Recognized by State Senate

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - March 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Joe McCloskey, owner of McCloskey Motors Inc. in Colorado Springs  was recognized on the Senate Floor at the Colorado State Capitol for being selected as the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA) Quality Dealer of the Year. The recognition took place on the Senate Floor, at the State Capitol in Denver, Colorado located at 200 E. Colfax Avenue on March 25, 2014 at 8:30 am

Joe McCloskey was selected for this honor by demonstrating outstanding customer service and his dedication and service to the community. The National Award is presented to only one of over 37,000 dealers. Joe was also presented with the Colorado Independent Automobile Dealers Association Quality Dealer of the Year. Joe is the only dealer in the 72 year history of CIADA to win the state of Colorado Quality Dealer Award twice.  The first time he won the award was in 1994.

Joe was also recognized in the Colorado House of Representatives by State Representative Dan Norberg of House District 14 who stated "I want to extend my personal congratulations to you for being named the 2013 National Quality Dealer of the Year.  Being selected for this honor demonstrates your commitment to outstanding customer service as well as dedicated service to our community."

Since opening McCloskey Motors in 1989, Joe has demonstrated excellent customer service which has gained him great respect in the community and created many business relationships throughout Colorado. McCloskey Motors began with Joe and his wife Ann as the only employees and has grown to three locations and over 65 employees.

Joe and the McCloskey family are honored to receive these awards. Ann McCloskey, Joe's wife of 36 years, is blessed to have a dedicated husband. "I know how hard he’s worked for so many years and how much he cares about this business, so for me it means the world that he gets recognition for that," Ann said.
