Mr. Brooks is a highly experienced attorney who practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and Social Security Disability.  Following graduation from Stetson University College of Law, he worked for a six-member law firm before opening his own firm in 1992.  Active in the Tampa, Lakeland, and Winter Haven communities, Mr. Brooks currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tri-County Human Services, Inc. and has also served on the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels. He is a member of the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce in Tampa and supports the local Ybor City community. He is a member of The Florida Bar, an Eagle member of The Florida Justice Association and The Polk County Trial Lawyers Association, as well as a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.
