BAE Systems Applied Intelligence Appoints Jim Anderson as new President of its Americas business

April 2, 2014 - PRLog -- BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, the fastest growing division of BAE Systems, announces that Jim Anderson has been named President for the Americas region. With extensive experience mobilizing globally-driven teams, Anderson will continue the charge to meet the strong demand for solutions that effectively manage sophisticated financial crime and cyber attacks.

Anderson will provide oversight, direction and strategy of sales, services and overall company operations in the US. He will also support client relationship management and grow partner and channel initiatives.

Anderson joins BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from Cisco Systems, Inc. where he served as the Global Sales Director, Unified Computing. Prior to Cisco, Anderson was with Dell, Inc. where he held the role Vice President, Server and Storage Sales for the Public Sector. Before his tenure at Dell, he served in various leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard for 14 years.

Anderson holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.

Additionally, Anderson shares his expertise in strategic planning, team leadership and development in the board room. He currently serves as the Make-a-Wish Board Chairman and is a member of the US Olympic Committee Synchronized Swimming Board.
