New Startup Looks To Bring Couples Closer Together

ROCHESTER, Mich. - April 18, 2014 - PRLog -- A frequent cause of stress in a relationship is the lack of time spent together. LoveCoups.com (http://www.lovecoups.com) is looking to change that with their new product of the same name.

LoveCoups.com has developed a new gift idea that can help couples spend more time together, show appreciation for each other and simply help out.

LoveCoups are personalized coupon books starring your own characters. The website allows you to select from over 200 coupons in 16 different categories to "build" your own book.

You start by creating your giver and recipient using the LoveCoup Character Editor. Once complete, the website will automatically insert the two characters into the coupons. You can select the coupons you like as well as edit the text on each page.

"We really wanted to develop a technology that personalizes a common home-made type of product." said Chris Sonjeow, co-founder of LoveCoups.com. "Seeing your character in all the poses, interacting with each other, makes this idea so much fun. My wife loves the idea that she can cash in her 'romantic dinner' coupon on a night when she feels like going out."

LoveCoups.com also hosts a series of "adult" style coupons for the more adventurous (age verification required, of course!). "We probably had way too much fun creating all the content." continued Sonjeow. "We're constantly adding more coupons every week and as customers request them, we keep building them. The best part of the whole project is that we've created a fun way to help couples communicate. It sounds simple, but we've received a lot of feedback from customers saying how much fun they've had redeeming their coups. That makes us happy."

LoveCoups can be purchased for $24.95 for 20 custom coupons. Each page a full-color, glossy print that is perforated for easy removal. There is also an open area on the back of the coupon that allows you to write in the date that the coupon was redeemed. LoveCoups has also created a special section for Mother's Day so you can create a series of favor coupons for mom as well.
