Jim Cai of GZA GeoEnvironmental promoted to Senior Consultant

LIVONIA, Mich. - April 21, 2014 - PRLog -- GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., a leading environmental and geotechnical consulting firm, announces that Jim Cai of Novi, MI has been promoted to Senior Consultant, operating from the Livonia, MI office.

Cai, whose title prior to the recent promotion was Sr. Technical Specialist/Sr. Project Manager, joined GZA in 1995, following the completion of his M.S. degree from the University of Toledo.  A Professional Engineer, his experience includes remedial investigation, feasibility studies, underground storage tank compliance programs, groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling and geotechnical investigations.

Cai earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University and worked as a Civil Engineer in China for seven years before coming to the U.S. to complete his M.S. in Civil Engineering.

He holds membership in the National Ground Water Association and the Engineering Society of Detroit.

Cai makes his home in Novi with his wife and their two children.
