Her experiences include designing for Anne Klein, Calvin Klein, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, and the list continues. LaPearl Collection was recently showcased during Couture Fashion Week New York February 2014 and at the NetRunway / Tiffany McCall Holiday Fashion Extravaganza NYC December 2013. LaPearl can design for all women of all shapes and sizes; however she does specialize and pays tribute to plus size models. LaPeal describes plus size models as beautiful models that showcase her designs fabulously. Beauty does not dis-include or discriminate against plus sized models, nor does fashion. I believe that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes because we are all equally beautiful no matter what size and I commend LaPearl for bringing plus sized models to the runway expressing themselves beautifully and fashionably through the LaPearl collections.
