The Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC) will hold its 40th Annual International Summit on June 5-7, 2014 in Chicago IL., at the
Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The Summit is a forum for members and constituents to convene and discuss the ongoing changes in
the financial services industry that affect our personal and professional lives.

The Summit will include information sessions for Career Planning in Financial Services, Financial Services Regulatory updates, Information
Technology in Financial Services, small business and business professionals, a Leadership Symposium led by key leaders of major
businesses, and the Intercollegiate Oratorical and Mark I Youth Business Plan competitions. These Summit components will be held at the
head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The Summit also includes a Community Empowerment Day event which will
be free to the public.

The Summit will culminate with an awards reception at which outstanding members, chapters and community leaders will be recognized
for their dedication to UFSC and its mission.

The host hotel for UFSC Summit is Club Quarters™ Central Loop, located at 111 West Adams St, Chicago, IL 60603. The rate for the
standard rooms is $149.00.

Individuals must call Club Quarters Member Services at 203-905-2100 to reserve their rooms before the cut-off date of May 4, 2014. Any
reservations after the cut-off date will be subject to availability. Individuals should identify themselves with the UFSC – Urban Financial
Services Coalition and use group code: FR604. Please note that room rates are based on single occupancy and that there is a $15.00 charge
per extra person per room. Chicago’s current hotel tax is 16.40%.
