Newman and I.D.E.A.S. 40203 with support of Anthony Smith, Metro Louisville Office of Safe Neighborhoods, Louisville Literary Arts and Nadus Films. @SpreadLoveLou arose out of the Cities United Program, which is a national partnership to eliminate violence-related deaths of African-American Males - a program of which Mayor Greg Fischer is an advocate.
