AFC NFL Champion, Mike Adams Host 8th Annual Youth Football Camp

PATERSON, N.J. - May 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Coming up on his 11^th NFL season, Mike Adams continues to do what he does best on and off the field.  Adams announced last week that he will be hosting his 8^th annual football camp free for the youth of Paterson, New Jersey.  The camp, open to boys ages 9-13, will be held on June 21^, 2014 at Passaic County Tech High School.

The youth football camp is limited to the first 200 qualified campers to signup.  All campers will receive a tee shirt and free giveaways.

Adams is very passionate about giving back to his hometown of Paterson, NJ and there is no doubt that it is always a first choice for community service.  Following the football camp, Adams will host a “Fun in the Sun” block party on Carrelton Drive, in Paterson.  The open invite event will feature food, games and entertainment!

About Mike Adams

Mike “Pops” Adams, born March 24, 1981 in Paterson, New Jersey, is currently a Safety with the Denver Broncos in the National Football League. He was signed by the San Francisco 49ers (2004-2006) as an undrafted free agent in 2004 and also spent time with the Cleveland Browns (2007-2011), prior to the Broncos in 2012. He played college football (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/College_football) at the University of Delaware.  Mike is an active philanthropist and thrives on giving back to his community.
