Olive Grove Restaurant Spennymoor

SPENNYMOOR, U.K. - May 14, 2014 - PRLog -- New management has taken over The Olive Grove from the 12th January 2014. We hope to continue and improve the service further on the same theme of  Mediterranean excellence and when you visit the restaurant you will see a few small changes subtle differences to make you welcome.

The Olive Grove is hidden on the outskirts of Spennymoor, you will find a Mediterranean gem of a restaurant on Green Lane, very near to the Durham County Council Offices.

When you enter the premises you will receive a warm welcome from staff and you will find the restaurant set on a rustic Tuscan theme filled with colours & fabrics of the Mediterranean.

This is where we have an offering of  freshly cooked food, made every day by our chef including thick cut juicy steaks, an array of fish and chicken courses & our renowned sizzler dishes. Of course you have to remember our reputation for our great burgers and chunky chips as well. There will also be the chef’s specials of the day to keep you debating what to choose to keep your appetite at bay.

But this is not all the Olive Grove has to offer, especially when the weather is fine and you can step outside and discover the Tuscan courtyard as well as the painted scenery of an old vineyard, with blue skies and see the stone wall surrounding and the olive trees which we hope will grow and provide more authenticity to the enclosed area of seating to enjoy while you relax, and if you have children you can watch over them while they are in the grassed play area and we have a variety of toys and games to keep them occupied. The effect will make you think you are abroad especially when having a relaxing meal and drink.
