Penelope to add fourth Richmond retail location

RICHMOND, Va. - May 19, 2014 - PRLog -- In 1988, Penelope Searcy had a vision for a new kind of shopping experience.  She saw a real need for a store in which she and her two daughters could have fun shopping together:  a store with excellent customer service, fair prices, and a great selection.  Thus Penelope was inspired to open her own boutique, appropriately named "Penelope", on March 1, of that year.  Following the success of the first location in Lynchburg, VA, Penelope continued to expand by opening stores in Farmville, Midlothian, Short Pump, Glen Allen, Charlottesville, Forest, and Roanoke, Virginia.

         Penelope has sought to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all of her store locations with well-trained and ample staff to provide the very best in customer service.  She and her daughters attend markets all over the United States to seek out the newest and best lines of ladies apparel, sterling silver jewelry, costume jewelry, and accessories.  Penelope and her staff have been awarded titles such as "Best Boutique", and the store with the "Best Accessories", "Best Sterling Silver Jewelry", and "Best Costume Jewelry" by many local publications.

         Penelope is now poised to grow once again. We are pleased to announce that Penelope will open our ninth store at the intersection Hancock Village Drive and 360 in Chesterfield, Virginia.  This location is scheduled to open on September 2, 2014.  This will make the fourth Penelope location in the Richmond area.  As always Penelope is pleased to offer many of your favorite lines such as Pandora, Alex and Ani, Brighton, TOMS Shoes, Kameleon, Tribal Sportwear, the Missy Robertson Collection by: Southern Fashion House, and much more.
