Ms Kerr, 37, joins the firm’s commercial property department where she will advise on a broad range of commercial, agricultural and residential matters for property owners and developers, including transactions, option agreements and leases. She has since practised law in Leeds before returning to Darlington with Latimer Hinks. Sabine said: "It is like walking down memory lane returning to Darlington, which is a lovely town to live and work in. Having worked in the town before, I was aware of Latimer Hinks and its excellent reputation, so I am delighted to be part of the team and am looking forward to making a positive impact. "Over the years I have gained a lot of experience from working with a variety of different clients, and I am excited to be back working in Darlington with such a well-renowned firm. It is an excellent chance for me to progress in the industry and achieve my long-term goals, and I am grateful for the opportunity.” Anne Elliott, marketing partner at Latimer Hinks Solicitors, said: "I am delighted to welcome Sabine to the firm.
