Aiming to provide software product managers with the best possible tools to tackle this challenge, TBK Academy® is providing the training course 'Software Product Management.' Software Product Management excellence is a key success factor in industries delivering software intensive products or packaged software, and in companies offering services based on software and IT. Based on the course design and curriculum developed by ISPMA, TBK Academy® will be using the revised 2014 Syllabus in their training 1-3 September 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The training introduces UX Design, features a new segment on the Impact from Development Methodologies and reviews Ecosystem Management as part of the new 2014 Syllabus. The course is be facilitated by Hans-Bernd Kittlaus. Hans-Bernd Kittlaus is an internationally renowned SPM expert, trainer, and Board Member of ISPMA. He is a former Software Product Manager at IBM in Germany. He has published the book, 'Software Product Management and Pricing', and is the product management consultant for companies such as Lycos, Deutsche Telekom and Samsung. Hans-Bernd is certified as ISPMA Software Product Manager, as Scrum Product Owner and as Practitioner of the Project Management Standard PRINCE2.
