Celebrity Chef Classes: A Summer Catch

BOSTON - June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- This July and August 2014, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is once again taking their celebrity chef cooking series to the next level with its latest set of local culinary masters staring in this summer’s line up. Students will learn to cook in hands-on classes taught by celebrity chefs including Francisco Millan and Nicola Hobson of Row 34, Dave Schneller of Canary Square, Matt King of Smith & Wollensky, MarkGoldberg of PARK, and Rachel Sundet of Hungry Mother and State Park. These chefs will leave their kitchens with their state of the art cooking expertise and teach students how to create culinary masterpieces, in a one to two session cooking class. Participants even have a chance to see where some of the chefs get their fresh ingredients alongside Captain Paul from Reel Pursuits Vessel and Captain Carli from the Fourcast. Under the guidance of these top chefs, students will create seasonal dishes with a local twist. Reserve seats now; space is limited!
