Is Your Baby Going To Be Famous?

June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Musician? Scientist? Actor? Business owner? Nobody knows what your little munchkin will end up doing when they grow up, but it’s sure fun to wonder, right? Well the people at Blossom decided to take their curiosity a little further and delve into the birth dates of notable people to see if any trends presented themselves.

Interestingly enough, trends did indeed appear!

We scoured Wikipedia looking for ‘notable’ people - this means people who were ‘notable’ enough to have their own Wikipedia page such as, actors, writers, business owners, sports personalities etc.

September came out as the best month for entertainers. Beyonce Knowles, Ray Charles, Bruce Springsteen and Niall Horan from One Direction all shared the same birth month, with Springsteen and Ray Charles sharing the same day, showing that September was by far the best for musicians and entertainers.

Interestingly, babies were 14 per cent more likely to become actors if they were born in April. Eddie Murphy, Robert Downey Jr., Kristen Stewart and Emma Watson were just a few of the many names that popped up.

According to Wikipedia, it was bad news for those hoping for a little sports star, as babies were 13 per cent less likely to be a footballer if they were born in the summer months, and unfortunately 11 per cent less likely to be a sports person at all! Seeing as though Rafael Nadal was born in June, there’s no need to stress too much though.

September and October showed the highest rate of famous authors as it was birthday cakes all round for the likes of Anne Rice, Friedrich Nietzsche and Oscar Wilde to name but a few.

Of course these are just a few figures according to Wikipedia data and shouldn’t be taken too seriously as we’re sure your little bundle of joy will do great things no matter what day they’re born.
