DTI Appoints Jennifer Durkin as Director of Technology

An accomplished account/project manager with nearly 20 years of experience in document management and eDiscovery operations, Durkin brings to the role a significant track record in improving efficiency and reducing costs for Fortune 100 and 500 clients in health care, financial services, insurance, energy, legal and government agencies. She most recently served as a solutions consultant for a document outsourcing provider specializing in document management for corporations and government organizations.

Throughout her career in document management and eDiscovery, Durkin developed expertise in process analysis, operations, technology and metrics, with a focus on increasing efficiencies and reducing costs via selection of software, hardware, workspace and staffing to meet business objectives.
