Eleven-Year-Old Author Takes the Rubber Band Jewelry Craze in a New Direction

Elizabeth Kollmar learned to knit and crochet at a very young age. When rubber band crafting became popular, Elizabeth found that working on a loom just wasn’t for her. But with a bit of experimentation and creativity, she developed her own revolutionary technique for making stylish rubber band projects.
