Denver's LogicTree acquires assets of Gold Systems, Inc

DENVER - June 26, 2014 - PRLog -- LogicTree has recently acquired the assets of Gold Systems, Inc.  LogicTree currently provides Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) software technology for public transit and traffic agencies throughout North America.

Gold Systems, Inc. designed and implemented unified communication solutions by providing customized contact center solutions through IVR and Communication-Enabled Business Processes (CEBP) applications to improve customer satisfaction, enhance productivity, empower mobile users, and decrease communication costs.

With this strategic acquisition, LogicTree looks to revive the Gold Systems customer base, enhance the technology, and return to being a leader in the password reset industry.  By doing so, LogicTree will be able to enter into new vertical markets not previously possible.

Both firms being predominately based out of Colorado enables LogicTree to hit the ground running with a more seamless restart, restructure, and revive plan.  Going forward, LogicTree will sustainably rebuild the bandwidth Gold Systems had built over many years.

LogicTree will remain at its Denver, CO headquarters and be bringing all of Gold Systems assets into their current infrastructure to enable a more seamless transition.

LogicTree is majority owned by The Stage Fund, which led the transaction.  The Stage Fund, a Denver based private equity group, is focused on acquiring, restructuring, operating, and selling businesses.
