Summer Reading Takes Off at Kinnelon Library

Ages 1 to 100, there is a Summer Reading Program ready for you!

KINNELON, N.J. - July 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Summer Reading in Full Swing at Kinnelon Public Library

As of Monday, June 23rd, the Childrens, Teen and Adult Services Departments of the Kinnelon Library have all launched their respective Summer Reading programs.

Each department offers its own incentives to draw both eager and reluctant readers into the program, from reading log prizes to musical contests.

Anyone participating receives a Reading Log; for each segment of time spent reading (15min. for children, 1 hour for adults), the reader receives 1 ticket to drop in one of several prize boxes. Prizes range from free dance lessons to gift certificates to bundles of free books.

Each program runs from June through the month of July. Prize drawings will be held at the end of July when the program(s) are concluded.

Registration in the Children's Summer Reading Program is FREE for Kinnelon residents, $35 for out-of-town residents.

For questions or to register for programs, please visit the Library at 132 Kinnelon Rd. in the Kinnelon Municipal Complex, or call 973-838-1321.
