AARP to offer free tax preparation at Kiel Ave. Firehouse

KINNELON, N.J. - Jan. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- The AARP is once again offering free tax preparation assistance in Kinnelon. Based in the Kiel Ave. Firehouse, the AARP Tax-Aide Volunteers will be providing assistance to primarily senior citizens and low-income residents every Thursday from February 5th to April 9th.

Tax preparation is by appointment only. To book an appointment, please call the Kinnelon Public Library at 973-838-1321 or visit the Library directly at 132 Kinnelon Road.

Appointment slots range from 10:00am to 1:00pm; appointments on February 5th range from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

The Kiel Ave. Firehouse is located at 103 Kiel Ave. in Kinnelon, next to the KielElementary School.

Time slots fill up quickly; residents are encouraged to reserve their appointments well in advance.
