Tuscan Market, the largest artisanal marketplace in New England, will host renowned Italian chef and Season 4 winner of the hit
FOX series “MasterChef,”
Luca Manfé, for an exclusive book signing event. The signing will take place on
Saturday, July 26th, 2014 from 11:00AM – 3:00PM featuring Chef Manfé’s first cookbook,
“My Italian Kitchen: Favorite Family Recipes.” It will be followed by two private dinners at 5:30PM and 8:30PM in the Wine Cellar at the
Tuscan Kitchen. Tickets are $125 per person. Fans are encouraged to reserve their spots without delay.
“My Italian Kitchen: Favorite Family Recipes” highlights the foods Manfé grew up eating in Friuli, Italy. It features recipes passed down from Manfé’s
nonnas (grandmothers)
that reflect the rustic flavors of the area including sharp Montasio cheese, crispy crostini, rich risottos and savory polentas. Additionally, the cookbook showcases the dishes that brought Manfé fame, such as his mouthwatering Mediterranean Sea Bass with cherry tomatoes and asparagus along with behind-the-scene details about the show’s intense competition and nerve-racking challenges. Guests are invited to meet, mingle, and of course eat with Manfé in addition to having their books signed.
