Campus Evolution Villages to Manage Iconic Dobie Center Student Housing at the University of Texas

NEW YORK - July 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Campus Evolution Villages, LLC, a subsidiary of Lauderhill Partners, LLC, announced today that it has been retained to manage Dobie Center, a 979 bed property serving students at The University of Texas at Austin.  The company now owns and/or manages approximately 10,000 beds across 23 student housing assets located in 14 states.

    Dobie Center is an exciting and unique student housing asset for Campus Evolution Villages to take on; its rich history in setting the bar for student housing in the US is undisputed and ideally suited for CEV’s student-centric approach to student housing.  Dobie Center, owned by an affiliate of The Carlton Group, is nearing completion of a $4 million renovation, which includes common areas, rooms and the 75,000 square foot mall located in the base of the tower serving Dobie residents and the UT Austin student population.
