Berthelot is the CEO of Cito Capital Corporation, a strategic consulting firm. Mr. Berthelot has served as the managing principal and founder of Corporate Governance Advisors Inc., and is a faculty member of the University of California San Diego's Rady School of Management, where he teaches corporate governance in the MBA program. Mr. Berthelot is also an independent director of Fresh Del Monte Produce. He received a B.S. from the University of Akron, an MBA from Cleveland State University, and is a CPA. He is a professional corporate director, having served on more than 20 public and private boards during his career. Martin M. Coyne II is the chairman and founder of CEO Learning Network, LLC and the author of many articles on board governance, CEO leadership, and improving CEO relationships with their boards of directors. He also currently serves as a director of Akamai Technologies and chairs the compensation committee. He is also board chair of RockTech, Mr. Coyne earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from Fordham University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business. Meena Elliott currently serves as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Aviat Networks, Inc. with responsibility for all legal and human resources matters. She was previously general counsel for the Microwave Communications Division of Harris Corp., chief counsel at the Department of Commerce, and prior to that she worked at XM Satellite Radio and Energizer. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a J.D. and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Ms. Elliott has over 20 years of domestic and international legal and business management experience in the private and public sector. Tom Finegan is a co-founder of Clarkston-Potomac Group and currently serves as its chairman and CEO. Clarkston-Potomac Group is the parent company of Enlight Research. Mr. Finegan is also the chairman of the board for Rural Sourcing, Inc. and FoodLogiQ, and serves as a managing member of Clarkston Merchant Partners and Enlight Research. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University and has previously been named a finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and a 40 under 40 Leader. Chief Justice Myron T. Steele is currently a partner at the Delaware law firm Potter Anderson & Corroon. He previously served as chief justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware and as a vice chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. He is also a lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Law and teaches the short course “Advising The Board Of Directors In a Mergers and Acquisitions World.” Chief Justice Steele earned his bachelor’s in foreign affairs, his J.D., and his LL.M. from the University of Virginia. The NACD Directorship Magazine ranked Chief Justice Steele as one of the 100 most influential people in corporate governance in the United States.
