Singer, model and actress Joyce Licorish to appear on Radio Next show

INDIANAPOLIS - July 18, 2014 - PRLog -- The woman behind the organization who has brought you Birth of Soul, Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple, Motown & Beyond and more recently, Broadway In Black, Joyce Licorish of The Cupboard Inc. will appear on Radio Next online radio show, “Rhythm N Blaze” on July 19^th at 9 am which is hosted by radio personality, Tanya Reid.

“We have been working for a while to get Joyce on the show and now that the opportunity has come, everyone at the station is really excited so that we can broadcast the many wonderful things she and her  organization has planned this year.” said Reid.

Licorish and her team are currently in pre-production as they prepare to embark on a ten city tour of their rendition of Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple. The organization recently closed out the production in Indianapolis this past winter with seven sold out shows.

“This show is too good not to go on the road!” said Licorish who also plays the role of Sophia in the production.

The organization has been busy all summer with fundraiser shows to help support the touring efforts of Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple. The current fundraiser show is “Broadway In Black” in which cast members will reprise some of Broadway’s most classic shows including Dream Girls, The Wiz, The Color Purple and more.
