Sales of single-family homes on less than one acre, including condominiums, are up 2.7% over 2013. The actual numbers for 2014 total 2,547 compared to 2,480 through this same period in 2013.

In fact, Carrigan and Nicolson report that this analysis by the Spokane Association of REALTORS shows that all areas of indexing are UP for 2014. Sales are up 2.7%, Average Price is up 1 %, Median Price is up 1.3%, and Inventory is up 1.9%! All of this is excellent news for the Spokane Market. Sales of Distressed homes were flat with less than 1% change from June last year.
