Spokane Realtor Receives Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation

SPOKANE, Wash. - Nov. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Spokane Realtor and owner of Five Star Spokane Real Estate Group, Cindy Carrigan, achieved the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation.  This makes her uniquely qualified to assist seniors in Spokane with housing sales and purchases. The SRES designation is awarded only to Realtors who have successfully completed additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions.

With a network of specialists, such as CPAs, estate planners, and eldercare lawyers, she can direct seniors and their families to any resources they may need.  She can also assist with helping prepare a Spokane home for sale, with recommendations for pre-inspections, repairs or remodeling for the home, cleaning, estate sales, de-cluttering, landscaping, and staging. By taking this time to help counsel her clients, she is able to sell homes faster and for a higher price than the Spokane market average.   Her mission is to help Spokane seniors and their families successfully navigate the maze of legal, financial, and emotional issues that accompany the sale of their home.
