Additionally, Russell Beall has proudly represented numerous small business owners in Livingston Parish community. Russell Beall served a eight (8) year commitment in the United States Armed Forces. Following active duty stations at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. and Fort Sam Houston, Texas he earned his B.A. degree at Louisiana State University (1998) and his JD at Louisiana State University Law School (2001).
